Child Support/Health Care Coverage; revises procedures for enforcement of health care coverage requirements of child support orders; provides for use of national medical support notice; provides procedures for modification of child support orders after DOR review finds certain deviation from child support guidelines; provides for notice to obligor's employer to withhold premiums for health care coverage pursuant to national medical support notice, etc. Amends Chs. 61, 409, 120.80, 827.06.
