Charter Schools; limits number of purposes charter school must accomplish; expands list of potential sponsors to include State Bd. of Education, a Fla. public university, or a Fla. community college; delineates accountability standards for charter schools; requires compliance with Fla. Building Code & Fla. Fire Prevention Code or with applicable provisions thereof; amends provision re charter school capital outlay funding, etc. Amends 228.056,.0561.
