GENERAL BILL by Goodlette ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Flanagan

Excise Tax on Documents; provides that tax on deeds & other instruments re real property or interests therein applies to certificates of title issued in judicial sale of real property pursuant to court order or final judgment issued in foreclosure proceeding; provides method for computing tax; provides intent; provides for retroactive application; revises verification requirement for notation on certain recorded documents. Amends 201.02,.132.
