GENERAL BILL by Arza
Medical Negligence; revises language re standards of recovery for medical negligence; provides for offer of judgment in any civil action for medical negligence or wrongful death resulting from said negligence; redefines term "medical expert"; provides for interviews by defendant health care provider in certain actions; provides procedures for such interviews, etc. Amends 766.102,.202, 456.057, 768.78; creates 766.1025.
