North Central Fla. Transportation; creates North Central Florida Regional Transportation Authority; provides circumstances under which member may be suspended or removed; provides power of eminent domain; authorizes authority to fix rates, fees, & other charges for use of & for services furnished by transportation facilities; authorizes authority to issue industrial development revenue bonds to assist in financing of specified facilities, etc.
