GENERAL BILL by Geller

Windstorm Property Insurance; revises criteria for limited apportionment; provides rate standards; specifies duties re pursuit of federal tax exemptions & tax-free bond status; provides premium tax exemption; delays repeal date of moratorium on hurricane-related cancellation or nonrenewal of property insurance policies; increases period of exemption from certain taxes & assessments for certain minority businesses; extends future repeal, etc. Amends Ch. 627, 624.4072.
