Fla. Center for Nursing; authorizes Board of Nursing to collect additional revenues that are voluntarily paid by nurses upon licensure & licensure renewal to fund center; provides for deposit of fee revenues in Florida Center for Nursing Trust Fund. Amends 464.0195.
