GENERAL BILL by Harrell

Education/Statewide Assessment; requires school district to notify parent of student who does not take said assessments; requires parent's signed consent for provision of instructional modifications that would not be permitted on statewide assessments; requires school district to notify parent when student is provided with instructional modifications that are not allowable in assessment program, etc. Amends 232.245, 229.57.
