Water Protection & Contamination; provides legislative findings; provides definitions; provides for moratorium on permitting of aquifer storage & recovery wells that do not meet specified criteria; requires Fla. Geological Survey to establish statewide drinking water reconnaissance; requires Health Dept. & local health officials to provide for coordinated response to health threats that may be linked to drinking water contaminants, etc. Creates 403.065. APPROPRIATION: $1,500,000.
