GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; Holzendorf

Insurance; revises provisions governing financing arrangements & dissolutions; redefines term "covered policy"; specifies manner of proving financial responsibility; redefines term "covered claim"; provides circumstances under which surplus lines insurer may cancel policy; authorizes investment of funds of HMO in excess of certain reserves & surplus under certain circumstances, etc. Amends Chs. 624, 625, 626, 627, 631, 641, 215.555, 324.031,.032.
