Assisted Living/Minority Persons; directs USF's Policy Exchange Center on Aging to conduct study; provides for access to records & data of DOEA, AHCA, & DCA; requires reports; provides for development of private-public partnership to facilitate development of facility in Front Porch Community; provides design principles; provides for appointment of advisory group to guide study & private-public partnership development effort; provides for termination of said group, etc. APPROPRIATION: $100,000.
