CS/SB 1874: Bus Drivers
GENERAL BILL by Education ; Miller ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Crist
Bus Drivers; requires driving records of non-public-sector bus drivers to be checked for suspended or revoked licenses; provides penalties; provides that private-school students may ride on public-school buses & public-school students may ride on private-school buses, subject to specified conditions. Amends 316.70.
