Property Tax Administration; authorizes DOR to update certain guidelines for tangible personal property assessment; authorizes incorporation of certain information into guidelines under certain circumstances; specifies nonapplication of certain administrative procedures; establishes procedures & time periods for approval or denial of property tax refund claims; provides duties of dept., property appraiser, & tax collector, etc. Amends 195.062, 197.182, 200.069.
