GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Responsibility Council ; Lacasa ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Ball ; Murman ; Dockery ; Wallace ; Johnson ; Fasano ; Berfield ; Lynn ; Greenstein

Appropriations Implementing Bill; revises calculation of additional full-time equivalent membership based on Advanced International Certificate of Education Program; provides district school boards flexibility in use of certain categorical appropriations for purposes of academic classroom instruction; provides copayment requirements for state employees' prescription drug program; authorizes use of certain funds to imrove local disaster preparedness, etc. Amends F.S.
