Trust Funds/General Government; provides for disposition of balances in & revenues of terminated trust funds; renames certain trust funds; renames Fla. Agricultural Promotional Campaign Trust Fund as Fla. Agricultural Promotion Trust Fund & revises its purpose; provides for deposit of funds for conservation easements & agreements into Incidental Trust Fund of Agric. & Consumer Services Dept. instead; repeals provision re Social Security Contribution Trust Fund, etc. Amends FS.
