TRUST FUND/GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Responsibility Council ; Ball
Trust Funds; revises provisions applying general revenue service charges to certain income & trust funds; exempts certain trust funds from certain service charge deductions; requires consultation with Legislature for general revenue service charge exemptions where federal contributions or private gains may be lost; removes authority of state agencies & judicial branch to consolidate trust funds, etc. Amends FS.
