GENERAL BILL by Byrd ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Diaz-Balart ; Farkas ; Gardiner ; Bullard
Congressional Districts; defines terms; redistricts state's congressional districts in accordance with U.S. Decennial Census of 2000 (plan S19C0017); provides for inclusion of unlisted territory in contiguous districts; provides contiguity for areas specified for inclusion in one district which are entirely surrounded by other districts; provides severability; provides for applicability, etc. Amends Ch. 8.
