GENERAL BILL by Byrd ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Diaz-Balart ; Farkas ; Gardiner ; Bullard

Congressional Districts; amends provision re official census for congressional redistricting & applicable definitions; divides state into congressional districts (plan H408C002); amends provision re contiguity for areas specified for inclusion in one district which are entirely surrounded by other districts; provides for nomination & election of candidates from congressional districts created in 2002, etc. Amends Ch. 8.
