GENERAL BILL by Council for Healthy Communities ; Fasano ; Russell

Health Care Coverage Procedures; exempts certain services, construction, or programs from certificate-of-need review requirements for existing health facilities under certain circumstances; revises definitions to include preferred provider organizations & health insurers in claim dispute resolution program; specifies payment of claims provisions applicable to certain health insurers, etc. Amends Chs. 408, 627, 641.
