Real Estate Brokers/Salespersons; clarifies application of certain exemptions; deletes provision requiring only general partners of limited partnership to be registered; revises certain provisions re disciplinary actions; authorizes salespersons to compensate certain associated persons under certain circumstances; authorizes brokers to place & maintain moneys in escrow account under certain circumstances, etc. Amends 475.01,.011,.15,.22,.25.
