TRUST FUND/GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Productivity ; Sanderson
FRS Contributions Clearing TF; creates Florida Retirement System Contributions Clearing Trust Fund, to be administered by DMS as retirement clearing trust fund not subject to termination pursuant to s. 19(f), Art. III of State Constitution; provides for sources of moneys & purposes; provides for exemption from general revenue service charges. Creates 121.4503.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
