Daytona Beach Racing District; (Volusia Co.) provides for codification of special laws re special districts pursuant to specified provision re Daytona Beach Racing & Recreational Facilities District, independent special district in Volusia Co.; provides legislative intent, & codifies & reenacts specified provisions; provides district charter; provides for severability of provisions deemed invalid; provides for repeal of prior special acts re said district.
