Lawyers/Public Service/Apportionment; recognizes & honors Max Swann, Dan Paul, Neal Rutledge, Tom Britton, Richard Wolfson, & Stuart Simon for great public service they rendered to people of this state, & further expresses gratitude of people of state of Florida for pro bono legal work performed by these lawyers to ensure that apportionment of Florida's legislative districts adhered to principle of one person, one vote.
