Arthritis Prevention & Education; creates said act; provides legislative findings & purposes; directs Health Dept. to establish arthritis prevention & education program; requires dept. to conduct needs assessment; provides for establishment of advisory panel on arthritis; provides for implementation of public awareness effort; provides for funding through contributions; directs Secretary of Health to seek federal waivers as necessary to maximize federal funding. Creates 385.210.
