Title Insurance; readopts provisions re title insurance agents, policies, premiums, rates, contracts, charges & practices; prohibits unlawful rebates of title insurance premiums; defines rebatable portion of title insurance premiums; permits & regulates rebates of title insurance premiums; conforms provisions. Amends Ch. 627.
