GENERAL BILL by Dawson ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Futch
Naturopathy; provides licensure exceptions; creates Board of Naturopathic Medicine; provides that licensees have same rights & obligations as other health care professionals; eliminates restrictions against soliciting patients, advertising, practicing under assumed name, & prescribing or dispensing certain growth hormones; revises continuing education requirements; provides for biennial licenses, etc. Amends Ch. 462.
