Offenses Against Public Employees; prohibits use of certain self-defense weapons & devices against community service officers, police aides, citizen patrol program members, & traffic officers; prohibits depriving community service officer, police aide, citizen patrol program member, or traffic officer of radio or other means of communication; provides penalties. Amends 790.054, 843.025.
