SB 2448: Citizen Donation Trust Fund
GENERAL BILL by Posey
Citizen Donation Trust Fund; creates said trust fund within Governor's Executive Office; requires that trust fund be used to receive donations from individuals who wish to support specific programs, activities, or functions of state agency, school district, state college or university, or other political subdivision of state; provides that name of donor & designated purpose of donation are public records; requires Governor's Office publicize existence of fund, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law if enacted by at least 3/5ths vote of membership of each house of Legislature
