GENERAL BILL by Wasserman Schultz

Citizen's Govt. Efficiency Act; cites act as "Citizen's Government Efficiency Act of 2002"; requires state agencies to propose administrative efficiencies to Legislature prior to start of each regular session of Legislature; requires state agencies to provide citizens a place on their agency websites for suggesting efficiencies; provides that savings from efficiency recommendations shall be reappropriated to state agencies for salary bonuses, etc. Amends 216.134,.136.
