GENERAL BILL by Health, Aging and Long-Term Care

Public Records/Ombudsman Committees; amends provision which provides that patient records & certain identifying information held by statewide or district managed care ombudsman committees are confidential & exempt from public-records requirements; amends provision which provides that any portion of committee meeting conducted by statewide or district committees where patient records & certain identifying info. are discussed is exempt from public-meetings requirements, etc. Amends Ch. 641.
