JOINT RESOLUTION by Diaz de la Portilla
Casino Gambling; constitutional amendment to permit casino gambling in municipality within charter county that has population in excess of 1,000,000 if there is in municipality a hotel or commercial lodging facility in excess of 500 rooms & existing pari-mutuel facilities; provides that revenues be used to augment budget of Elderly Affairs Dept, Education Dept, & CFS Dept., etc. Amends s. 7, Art. X; creates s. 26, Art. XII.
