SB 264: Drug-free Workplaces
GENERAL BILL by King ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Crist
Drug-free Workplaces; clarifies that drug testing must be conducted in conformity with that section in order for employer to qualify as having drug-free workplace program; requires certain contractors to implement drug-free workplace program under certain circumstances. Amends 440.102.
