CS/SB 270: Environmental Protection

GENERAL BILL by Natural Resources ; King

Environmental Protection; provides that water management district orders resulting from certain evidentiary hearings are not subject to specified review; amends "Environmental Protection Act of 1971" to revise requirements for initiating specified proceedings under that act. Amends 373.114, 403.412.
