Public Records & Meetings/Ethics; amends provision which provides exemption from public records requirements for certain information held by Commission on Ethics & Commission on Ethics & Public Trust regarding complaints of ethics violations & exemption from public meeting requirements for commission proceedings held pursuant to such complaints; reenacts such exemptions & removes October 2, 2002, repeal thereof scheduled under OGSR Act of 1995, etc. Amends 112.324.
