GENERAL BILL by State Administration ; Brummer
Public Records/Deepwater Ports; amends provision which provides exemption from public records requirements for any proposal or counterproposal exchanged between nongovernmental entity & deepwater port, or any financial records submitted by nongovernmental entity to deepwater port, re sale, use, or lease of land or of port facilities; reenacts such exemption & removes October 2, 2002, repeal thereof scheduled under OGSR Act of 1995. Amends 315.18.
