CS/HB 289: New Product Transfer Enhancement Act

New Product Transfer Enhancement Act; provides for licensing of certain products or technologies by donor companies to receiving companies for production & marketing; provides that donor companies may be granted credit which may be used to fund sponsored research at state university, as reimbursement for purchase of machinery, equipment, or building supplies used in Florida manufacturing facility, or as corporate income tax credit, etc. Amends Ch. 220, 212.20; creates 288.1172.
