Employment Practices; revises provisions re state employment policy, career service appointments, county & municipal employment, & unlawful employment practices, to provide that discrimination on basis of sex includes discrimination on basis of pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions; provides limitation re employer health insurance benefits. Amends 110.105,.233, 112.042, 760.10.
