CS/SB 306: Driver's Licenses & ID Cards
GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Burt
Driver's Licenses & ID Cards; prohibits person from knowingly selling, manufacturing, or delivering, or offering to sell, manufacture, or deliver, any blank, forged, stolen, fictitious, counterfeit, or unlawfully issued driver's license or identification card or any instrument in similitude of such license or such card; provides penalty; authorizes investigations of violations of this section. Amends 322.212.
