Self-insurers; provides for sale of securities on deposit to satisfy compensation order; transfers operation of provisions requiring securing of payment of compensation by employers from Workers' Compensation Div. of LES Dept. to Fla. Self-Insurers Guaranty Association, Inc., & DOI; transfers powers & duties of LES Dept. re association to DOI; provides additional powers & duties of DOI, etc. Amends Ch. 440. APPROPRIATION: $183,750.
