Traffic Control/Move Over Act; creates said act; provides requirements re authorized emergency vehicles making use of visual signals when parked; provides for disposition of fines; authorizes use of emergency lights & sirens on certain vehicles; authorizes wreckers to use amber rotating or flashing lights under certain circumstances, etc. Amends 316.126,.2397, 318.18,.21.
