GENERAL BILL by Health, Aging and Long-Term Care

Long-term Care Ombudsman Program; increases maximum membership of local long-term care ombudsman councils; requires State Long-Term Care Ombudsman Council to publish complaint information quarterly; specifies training requirements for employees of State Long-Term Care Ombudsman & its volunteers. Amends 400.0069,.0089,.0091.
