GENERAL BILL by Commerce and Economic Opportunities ; Burt ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Crist

Consumer Services; prohibits employment agencies & assistance referral services from charging advance fees & not providing promised services; defines terms "seller" & "person selling hearing aid"; provides legislative intent that courts should order restitution in cases of unlicensed contracting; prohibits credit service organizations from accepting money in advance of performing services, etc. Creates 468.90, 501.162; amends Ch. 817, 484.0512, 489.128,.532.
