Jury Lists/Current Information; requires HSMV to periodically deliver jury lists to clerks of circuit courts; requires FDLE to establish procedures for submitting certain information; requires applications for ID cards issued by HSMV to specify county of residence; requires applications for driver's licenses to specify county of residence. Amends 40.011,.022, 322.051,.08.
