GENERAL BILL by Finance and Taxation ; Pruitt

Excise Tax on Documents; provides for maximum tax that must be paid on unsecured obligations; conforms cross-references; revises exemption from equalizing excise tax on products made from certain citrus fruit. Amends 201.08, 601.155.
