GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Regulated Industries ; Campbell

Land Surveying & Mapping; exempts certain subordinate employees from provisions re regulation of land surveying & mapping; provides rulemaking authority to Professional Surveyors & Mappers Board re use of professional titles by retirees; deletes obsolete prerequisite to take licensure exam to practice as surveyor & mapper; revises provisions re access to lands of others for surveying or mapping purposes, etc. Amends Ch. 472.
