CS/SB 532: Firesafety Standards

GENERAL BILL by Education ; Silver

Firesafety Standards; requires State Fire Marshal to adopt uniform standards as provided in specified provisions; prescribes conditions for conducting firesafety inspections; prescribes duties of local fire officials in providing plan of action & schedule for correction of deficiencies; requires State Fire Marshal assume certain specified duties of local fire official in counties that do not employ or appoint local fire official, etc. Amends 235.06, 633.01,.022.
