Motor Vehicle License Plates; increases amount of revenue deposited into Grants & Donations Trust Fund from sale of license plates stamped with words "National Guard," "Pearl Harbor Survivor," "Combat-wounded veteran," or "U.S. Reserve"; revises date after which newly created collegiate license plate is subject to requirements of specified provision, etc. Amends 320.089,.08058.
