Fla. Uniform Principal & Income Act; creates said act; provides general principles; provides trustee's power to adjust between principal & income; provides for unitrust alternative to certain trusts where power to adjust is unavailable or not exercised; provides for judicial control of certain discretionary powers; provides limitations; provides for determinations & distributions of net income, etc. Creates 738.101-.804; repeals 738.01-.15.
