Children's Medical Services/SPPEAC; provides legislative intent re licensure & regulation of facilities that provide care for medically fragile or technologically dependent children; provides requirements for licensure of subacute pediatric prescribed extended alternative care centers (SPPEAC); provides requirements for licensee in administering & managing SPPEAC center; provides requirements for nursing services provided at said center, etc.
