GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; Judiciary ; Health, Aging and Long-Term Care ; Burt
Controlled Substances; requires certain health care providers to complete education courses re prescription of controlled substances; requires Legal Affairs Dept. to establish electronic system to monitor prescribing of certain controlled substances; prohibits presigning of blank prescription forms & provides penalties; provides additional requirements for pharmacists re identification of persons to whom controlled substances are dispensed, etc. Amends FS.
